Project Manager
Job Summary:
To oversee and document all aspects of one or more scopes of work including plumbing, HVAC, and electrical. Work with upper management, field personnel, general contractors and other customers both internal and external to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule and within budget.
Essential duties and job functions:
- Allocate budget for each scope of work from estimating department
- Maintain an effective relationship with field personnel and work with General Superintendents and Site Superintendents to keep projects moving toward completion
- Report on job progress to upper management and other departments
- Ensure projects maintain a high quality of installation through effective leadership
- Oversee day-to-day operations to include budget, subcontractor agreements and pay, submittals, change orders, material coordination
- Manage accruals and billing for each scope of work
- Instill company values in direct and indirect reports

Supervisory:
This is a supervisory position that is responsible for both direct reports and indirect reports to include employees and subcontractors.
Expected Hours of Work:
45-55 hours per week (with potential for on-call)
Work Environment:
This job operates in a professional office environment with frequent field visits. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopies, filing cabinets, and fax machines. Must be comfortable in active construction environment.
